By placing an order with Haleel Scents, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full before processing (except Cash on Delivery orders).
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer nationwide delivery through TCS, M&P, FastX, Leopard, and Trax.
• Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for orders placed before 10pm.
• Standard delivery time varies between 2-5 business days, depending on the location.
• Delivery charges may apply based on the courier and location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• Fragrances that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
• Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Haleel Scents reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information is kept secure.
• Customer data will not be shared with third parties except for order fulfillment purposes.
