1. Return & Exchange Guidelines

• We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase.
• Only 50ML or 100ML perfume bottles are eligible.
• The perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the product remaining to qualify.
• Returns and exchanges apply only to online purchases.

2. Processing Time

• Please allow 5-6 working days for us to process your return or exchange request.

3. Delivery Charges

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
• In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Reasons

• Color Variations: Due to differences in screens, monitors, and lighting, the actual color or texture of the product may slightly vary. Exchanges or returns for this reason are not accepted.
• Orders delivered outside Pakistan are not eligible for return or exchange.
