How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is simple! Browse our collection, add your favorite perfumes to the cart, and proceed to checkout. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. Your order will be processed, and you can pay upon delivery.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, we will confirm it by calling you on your provided phone number and sending a message on WhatsApp. Please ensure your contact details are correct for a smooth confirmation process.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Yes, you can change your shipping address on the same day you place your order. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible to request the update.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support!
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and not used more than 90%. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
